New Sirius Unit?

There has been a lot of discussion about new Sirius hardware of late, and exactly when it will debut. Of particular interest is the new and anticipated Stiletto unit, but other hardware offerings are coming out as well.

We here at SSG came across this photo of a unit that we have not seen as yet. Is it a concept or will this be a unit coming to store shelves sometime this year? Only time will tell.
