RIAA Chases Devices That record FM

We here at SSG have noted several devices in the past that were capable of capturing, and segregating music straight from FM or HD broadcasts. Today,
Engadget wrote a piece regarding the RIAA chasing down manufacturers of such devices, and the latest victim is Creative Labs.
Perhaps it is time for the RIAA to look at their business model. They let AM, FM and HD play all the music they want for FREE. Sirius and XM on the other hand pay royalties. If the RIAA was not giving away their library to AM, FM and HD, the recording ability of devices would not be as big an issue as it is.
