Letter To Jim Cramer
Dear Jim,
You continue to recommend (ad naseum) to Sirius management that they purchase XMSR. Do you really think that the FCC and NAB, not to mention the US Government (anti-trust) would allow a merger like this to occur? Sure, there are synergies, economies of scale, but it would be a real tough sell to the powers that be. Why don't you focus on the fundamentals...the growth potential, advances in technology, strength of management, partnerships, CFBE around the corner, etc. Your simple assessments: "buy if they merge", "don't buy if they don't merge" are redundant. I trust that you are able to generate more interesting opinions.
