Institutional Investor Analyst Rankings
October 17, 2006
Being a Sell-Side analyst can sometime be a thankless job. When your right people are happy, but silent.....When you're wrong people are angry and boisterous. Sell Side analysts are often charged with following several sectors and trying to keep up with sentiment in dozens of companies. The task is not small by any stretch.
Because recognition is always appreciated, we here at SSG wanted to publish the names of those ranked by Institutional Investor. In particular we would like to offer special congratulations to Laraine Mancini of Merrill Lynch who was ranked for the first time in Broadcasting and Craig Moffett of Sanford Bernstein who got the top slot in the satellite category.
