Is Sirius Getting Ready To Launch With Yahoo?
While the post below turns out to be a band, there is now more substantial information that Sirius and HERE
Yahoo are indeed working together. No official announcements as yet, but you can read more
There have been rumors about a Sirius-Yahoo partnership, but so far, that's all it's been. One of our eagle-eye SSG readers sent me a note with this link:
http://launch.yahoo.com/ar-21307067-downloads--SoSirius. If you look closely at the page, there is a box that says "So-Sirius Downloads". Are they getting ready to make an announcement soon?
UPDATE - READER COMMENTS:"Just thought I would let you know that So-Sirius is actually the name of the artist. One the page in question, you will notice that the "Artists" tab is highlighted purple on the top right of the page. If you type "sirius" in the "search box" you will get several other artists that have "Sirius" in their name.I'm not implying that Yahoo isn't going to team up with Sirius. I just figure I would let you know.Hope your had a great summer and keep up the good work with the SSG site. It's really getting some exposure. I have noticed it being mentioned on other sites."I believe if you dig a little deeper the 'so-sirius download' page you Refer to is actually a SINGING GROUP called 'so-sirius'
