9/14/2006 2:22 PM EDTThis morning Credit Suisse came out with a report and upgraded XM Satellite Radio (XMSR - commentary - Cramer's Take), saying that the company has lowered its expectations to the point where it might be able to beat them, Jim Cramer said on his "RealMoney" radio show Thursday. Credit Suisse also said that a merger between XM Radio and Sirius Satellite (SIRI - commentary - Cramer's Take) is possible, Cramer said. "Sirius and XM Radio are slaughtering each other to gain more customers," he said. "This battle hurts both companies." The two companies "have very little downside and a lot of upside" if they combine, Cramer said.
