F) on Tuesday named Boeing's Alan Mulally as its chief executive officer, taking the reins from Bill Ford as the automaker works to pick up the pace of its "Way Forward" restructuring plan. Ford will hold a news conference at 5 p.m. Eastern to discuss the change.
