Sept 12 (Reuters) - Directed Electronics Inc.
on Tuesday said it received early termination of the Hart-Scott-Rodino waiting period in its pending acquisition of Polk Audio.
In August, Directed Electronics agreed to acquire Polk Audio, a provider of home and mobile audio equipment, for about $136 million in cash.
