Class Action Suit Filed Against XM

Satellite Standard Group has learned from a reader that a Class Action Lawsuit has been filed against XM Satellite Radio.
The suit has been brought by the Law Offices Bernard M. Gross, P.C.
The suit covers shareholders between the dates of July 28, 2005 and February 15, 2006.
