Sirius Satellite: UBS believes SIRI demonstrates demand still exists (2.90 ) -Update-
UBS notes SIRI's 1Q07 results highlighted that demand for satellite radio still exists. Firm believes they will start to see a second leg of subscriber growth in the second half of 2007. Firm believes the gross adds will continue to grow throughout the year and as churn stabilizes net add growth will recoup by YE or beginning of 2008. Firm notes that SIRI will maintain market share lead throughout 2007 and 2008.
