CBS agrees to sell two Texas radio stations for $45 mln

CBS Corp. said Wednesday it has agreedto sell two radio stations in San Antonio, Texas, to Border Media Partners LLC,a privately held Hispanic radio company, for $45 million in cash. With the saleof KTSA-AM and KJXK-FM to Border Media, CBS has sold a total of 17 radiostations in five markets. On Aug. 21, Entercom Communications Corp. agreed toacquire 15 stations from CBS in Cincinnati; Memphis, Tenn.; Austin, Texas; andRochester, N.Y.
