Bernstein Comments Before The Open On XMSR & SIRI

Bernstein has lowered their subscriber projections estimates
based on near-term execution risk. For 2010, subs projections were lowered
to 35.4 million, down from 37.2 million. The firm lowered their targets for
XM to $24 from $33 and SIRI's to $6 from $7.
