Stern Suit Update - Again

Satellite Standard Group makes every effort to keep you up to date on the CBS Radio vs. Howard Stern lawsuit. We had previously reported that the next scheduled action was to take place on May 8, and May 9. We have now learned that there has been yet another change.
The latest information is that the next action in the case is May 10, 2006 in front of Judge Gammerman for a Compliance Conference.
