I recently wrote that Sirius Satellite could fall under $3 because I believe it will not be able to meet its subscriber forecasts and there is a possibility that Howard Stern may return to traditional radio. Due to the huge response from readers, I'd like to expand my argument. First, I'll note that I'm a Howard Stern fan. That said, I think Sirius should be sold here. Last year, the company said that it expects to have 6.3 million total subscribers by the end of 2006. After two disappointing quarters in which it added 600,000 and 440,000 subscribers, bringing the total subscriber base to 5.1 million, management reiterated that they will add 1.2 million subscribers in the fourth quarter.
