What does Nortel have to do with satellite radio? Forbes found a connection...

What does Nortel have in common with XMSR and Sirius? I don't know, but Forbes found a connection. Forbes seems to have taken a negative view of satellite radio, as noted in today's article below, and other recent articles.

"But at least..." That's what one seeks when glum news is afoot: The slight mitigating factor that a chief executive can tout. In the case of Nortel Networks, the silver linings may be harder to discern. Led by President and CEO Michael Zafirovski, the telecommunications equipment maker posted its fiscal first-quarter results Tuesday. The firm cited rising expenses as its loss widened from that of the year-ago period. But at least, the Canadian firm boasts some North Star to fix one's gaze upon? Are sales rising, as in the model of perennially loss-making rivals Sirius Satellite Radio and XM Satellite Radio, each sinking dizzying amounts into customer-building?
