Arbitrons Portable People Meters

Arbitron has announced that four new radio groups have signed on to the Portable People Meter electronic measurement service.
The device, the size of a pager, is slated to be the replacement for the old "Arbitron" diaries that are currently in use. These pagers will monitor the listening and viewing habbits of participants via a signal that the meter receives.
It will be interesting to follow the progress.
