XM Satellite Radio filed a form 8K with the SEC today. The filing relates to XM’s desire to refinance some debt, and basically restructure their cash flow position to a certain extent.
The 8K includes a section on Refinancing, a new credit facility, and possible prepayments to GM.
In the long term, this move could be seen as a positive for XM Satellite Radio
