Opie and Anthony Return to Terrestrial Radio

This morning on my commute I tuned in terrestrial radio for the first time in a long time. I tuned in to WBCN 104.1 in Boston to see how the new Opie and Anthony Show was coming along in their return to terrestrial airwaves.

I heard a bit of Green Day, and then and announcement to tune in at 9:00AM for a special announcement.

It seems that O & A are not on quite there yet, but an announcement would be forthcoming.

At 9:00AM it was announced that the shock jock duo will one again hit Boston airwaves, and the airwaves of 6 other markets beginning April 26, 2006.

Will the return be a success? Only time and ratings books will tell.
