Do you think Sirius' (SIRI) new contract with NASCAR will get the stock going?

Jim Cramer: While the NASCAR deal is a positive, I believe the best thing Sirius can do to get the stock moving is to merge with XM Satellite Radio (XMSR) , which would make Sirius' great service even better, and better spread out costs.
