Stiletto - Awaits FCC ID Number

Today David Frear of Sirius Satellite Radio spoke at a Merrill Lynch Conference, and the Stiletto got a brief mention.
According to Frear, the unit simply awaits the assignment of an FCC ID #. He also stated that the device is FCC compliant, and that the FCC believes that the unit is compliant.
Interestingly, there was no mention of the RIAA in the presentation. While this may mean nothing, it may also be an indication that any issues with the RIAA have either been resolved, or that Sirius plans to move forward without having come to terms with the RIAA.
If the unit has indeed been deemed as compliant, and FCC ID # would be imminent, and we could see the Stiletto quite soon.
