XM Satellite Radio-XMSR option implied volatility at 49 into 7/27 EPS. Paul Foster
XMSR is down .30 to $13.74. XMSR is expected to report EPS on 7/27. UBSW has a Buy 2 and a $25 price target on XMSR. UBSW say's "expect 2Q06 results to address many of the concerns that have been overhanging the stock. While we do not expect a further decrease in guidance." XMSR July option implied volatility of 49 is near XMSR's 6-month average according to Track Data, suggesting non-directional price risks.
