T Rowe Price filed a 13G/A today indicating they had increased their ownership in XM to over 10% with 31.7 million shares as of 4/30/07, up from 26.4 million at the end of 2006, making them the largest institutional shareholder of XM. AXA reported they have reduced their position to 12,997,000 shares of XMSR as of April 30, 2007, or 4.2%. That is down from 31,277, 000 at the end of 2006, when they were XM’s largest institutional shareholder.
